GREEN and PURPLE food cards can pick up groceries any time in July.

WARM stands as a beacon of hope and support for the residents of Wise, Montague, and Jack Counties. We are committed to combating the challenges of hunger and hardship.
Our focus extends beyond merely addressing immediate needs. We aim to empower our neighbors towards stability and self-sufficiency by enabling them to rebuild their lives with dignity and respect.

Food Card Days
Services
Food Pantry
(Wise, Montague and Jack County residents)
Families are able to shop for food every 30 days. Pantry hours are every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am - 2pm and Wednesday 12pm - 6pm.
Please bring a current piece of mail with your name and physical address on it. This can be paper form or on your phone.
You will fill out an application while you are here. It is basic household information and will take about 10 minutes to fill out.
You may also want to bring bags, a cooler bag and/or boxes to place your food in after shopping.
Utilities Assistance
(Wise County residents only)
We help families struggling to afford utility bills (electric, water, natural gas or propane), due to an unexpected event or significant increase in their current bill. We are unable to help with deposits or fees of any kind.

Please make sure to fill the form out completely and include a clear copy of your entire bill.
We are unable to assist any incomplete submissions.
Prescription & Emergency Dental Assistance
(Wise County residents only)
We are able to assist with some prescriptions, no pain medication, through a local pharmacy (Renshaw Pharmacy in Decatur).
We are able to assist with dental, one simple extraction, through a local dentist (Sunshine Dental in Decatur).
